A Visit To Pagsanjan (1)Parc Cruz is a hobbyist in the Philippines. Visit his blog, PARC Goes Digital. This excellent image was captured in Pagsanjan, Laguna, south of Metro Manila, Philippines.

About this photo: “On the way to Pagsanjan in the south of the Philippines, we had to make a stop and I saw this girl standing beside a net, with her lighting just too perfect for an image capture. Luckily the wind just blew and gave it that dramatic feeling. This is the fun in photography, you always have to be on alert because you never know if a good image comes up.”

About himself: “Been in this hobby since July 2005; I am more inclined to take portraits, something which I thought I’d never get into since I used to think people subjects were not extraordinary. I was very wrong… I’ve had had a couple of commissioned works, projects for cause, some recognition from other international communities and was printed in our local photography magazine at least twice in one year. I am currently preparing for an exhibit.”

Truly excellent work, Parc! Keep at it. For more of his work, check out:
